Most of the defects you mentioned could have been fixed immediately if only you had told us; we didn't know about the problem with the mainsail, especially since everything was fine for the first few days. If you had informed us by phone or message (we have a helpline that you can call at any time), we could have helped you because we have partners on the neighboring islands (Rab, Mali Lošinj, Cres...) who solve such problems. The aluminum folding footbridge is part of the inventory, along with which you can also get the classic wooden one on request. I'm sorry that you didn't mention it to us on the first day when you saw that this aluminum one didn't suit you.
All the ship's dishes were washed in a dishwasher, and the bed linen in a professional service. A catamaran of that size is cleaned by three people on Saturdays (two wash the inside and one person cleans the outside). If there was any error on our part, we would remedy the defects upon request.
After re-reading your feedback, it seems to me that all the shortcomings could have been easily resolved and you could have been much more satisfied if only you had informed us in time.
